I can't find the Bi-Tapp app in the App Store

You can find the app two ways: Type in Bi-Tapp and scroll down until you find it or type in bitapp and it is towards the top of the list.

Note: Wristbands are not included in the Bi-Tapp kit. You can wear the tappers by using wristbands. Apple Watch Replacement Bands 38mm work best with this product. See section, “How do I insert and remove the wristbands?” for additional information.

Wristbands are optional and not included in the Bi-Tapp kit. You must purchase them separately of this product. Apple Watch Replacement Bands 38mm that slide in (see picture) work with this product.

If one or both of your tappers quit working, try the following steps:

  • Make sure your Bluetooth is activated on your mobile device
  • Make sure your tappers are charged.
  • Close your app from your phone and re-open it
  • Turn your phone off and then turn it back on and open the Bi-Tapp app
  • If a tapper continues to not respond correctly, hold the button on the tapper for at least five seconds to reset it

How do I operate my tappers independent of my mobile device?

  1. You must select the rate of speed, the intensity and time you want the tappers to run “before” you turn your Bluetooth off or turn your mobile device to airplane mode
  2. Once the time expires, the tappers will no longer work. Push one of the buttons on one of the tappers momentarily and they will start working again.
  3. If the tappers do not start up again, try pushing the button on the other tapper momentarily and they will start working again.
  4. If you hold the button down too long, there is a chance you have turned the tapper off.

To turn the tapper back on – hold the button on the tapper. You will feel the tapper tap once, when this happens, release the button.
The green light will blink once for one second.
The tappers should begin working again – tapping in an alternating, rhythmic pattern.
When you are operating your tappers independent of your mobile device you cannot change the settings. They will use the last used settings you established when Bluetooth was on and the app was open.

1. Push the button on one of the tappers to stop both units.

  • If you hold the button down too long, there is a chance you have turned the tapper off.
  • To turn the tapper back on – hold the button on the tapper. You will feel the tapper tap once, when this happens, release the button.
